Welcome to the Untapped.gg Day One Infinity Conquest Decks for the October, 2024 We Are Venom Season. Day One Infinity Conquest Decks is a monthly article series where we showcase and highlight community decks that have cruised through Infinity Conquest in 24 hours or less. Here, we pick a handful of decks based on their speed, consistency and ease of use. These decks are proven to take you 5-0 and deliver Infinity Avatars.
DAY ONE INFINITY BORDER DECKS
The Agent Venom Archetype has been dominating Conquest, as detailed in our Marvel SNAP Meta Report (Conquest). Naturally, players are immediately taking variations of the deck into Infinity Conquest. Unsurprisingly, it's working, and Agent Venom has completed Infinity Conquest in record time. This version, played by @blu3Elysia swaps Sage for Speed. Analyzing the deck composition, we see the deck utilizes Cosmo to not only protect its important Ongoing cards, but also as a counter for other meta decks.
Agent Venom is strong, capable of reaching Game 5 of Infinity Conquest without much effort, but it may have trouble with decks that can go taller, such as Tribunal Archetype or Discard Archetype. Only four cards appear in 76% or more of Agent Venom decks, including Iron Man, Kitty Pryde and Bast.
The second Day One Infinity Conquest Deck showcased is a variation of the Surfer Archetype from @wbuf81, utilizing Hope Summers for extra energy over Sera. Looking a bit deeper at the build, we see the classic card composition, but with select tech swaps allowing the deck to counter its threats, including Rogue and Red Guardian. The most popular version is actually Toxic Surfer, focusing more on an Affliction-style strategy.
Finally, we have a variation of the Ongoing Archetype by @antron07. Leaning heavily into the Affliction game plan, the deck utilizes the newly buffed Typhoid Mary along with Omega Red to add immense power across all locations. Invisible Woman hides threats from the opponent, like Killmonger and Shadow King, keeping them guessing until it's too late, while Red Hulk serves as a backup point slam to seal the game.
